Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund for a treatment I am no longer able to attend to?

If you choose to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible at info@polishedandpoised.co.uk, however, a fee will be charged as below:

  • Within 7 days of treatment date – 50%
  • Within 24 hours of treatment – 100%

**Please note, all deposits for Body Contouring and Spa Bulk packages are non-refundable.**

 

Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. However, beauty and cosmetic products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described) due to hygiene reasons. Nevertheless, we may accept a return due to an allergic reaction where proof has been provided.

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund so please retain your receipt / order confirmation. To start a return, you can contact us at info@polishedandpoised.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to us. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the product only after accepting your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend returning your items via recorded delivery because we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned in their original packaging and should not be opened or tampered with in any form.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used products or gift cards. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all of our returns within 5-7 working days after we have received your parcel. During busy periods such as Black Friday, this may take slightly longer.
All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 working days to enter your account.

 

My item is damaged, can I return it?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify it. This is rare and we can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process or in transit. Please send us an image to info@polishedandpoised.co.uk so we can look into this and open a claim for you.

Once the claim has been concluded, we will take action depending on the outcome of the claim.

 

Competition and giveaway returns:

Any products received during a competition or giveaway cannot be exchanged or returned for monetary value.

 

Courses or online training:

We do not offer refunds on courses or online training.

 

Can I get my shipping fees back?

We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part or if you receive a faulty or damaged item. Moreover, shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Polished and Poised should any shipping delays take place as this is out of our internal control.

 

I have received an incorrect / missing item in my order, what do I do?

We're really sorry if we've made a mistake with your order. Please send us an email at info@polishedandpoised.co.uk with a photo of your order, the original packing slip and the invoice so we can identify the error and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

I made a mistake on my order, what do I do?

As we outsource our shipping, once your order is placed, we cannot amend addresses or cancel your order. Consequently, we cannot change your order. If you order the incorrect item, we suggest you return the item and reorder the correct one.
